The Façade Incentive Grant

The Façade Incentive Grant was developed to encourage exterior façade improvements in the Central Business District, Riverfront Warehouse District and the Conway Downtown Alive Program Area in Conway, South Carolina. Eligible applicants include owners and/or tenants of structures located within the City of Conway Central Business District. Eligible Exterior Façade Improvements include materials, labor and architectural/engineering design services for improvements to the front, rear or sides of buildings are eligible. The Rent Assistance Program

The Rent Assistance Program was developed to encourage business development in the Central Business District, Riverfront Warehouse District and the Conway Downtown Alive Program Area in Conway, South Carolina. This program is a business recruitment tool targeting new, not yet established, businesses seeking to locate in Downtown Conway. To apply for the Rent Assistance Program, applicants must fall into outlined categories. The Rent Assistant Program is available for months 7-12 of the initial lease term and cannot be used for start-up costs, renovations or merchandise.
