Yogadelic is a community wellness space offering yoga and massage therapy, as well as other movement modalities, music, and dance events. We exist to spread a simple message: we are all connected. In fact, all of yoga can be boiled down to this simple truth. And all of yoga’s many techniques—from its philosophy, asana, and pranayama—are ultimately crafted to guide you into discovering this truth for yourself. Connection is what yoga is all about. It's why we named our studio Yogadelic; " -delic" means to have an experience, so Yogadelic means to have an experience of connection.
