As a native of Horry County, Michael has a true passion for showcasing Conway, Myrtle Beach, and the surrounding communities he knows intimately. Born just over the county line in Marion, SC, he was raised in rural Horry County, growing up in the Aynor/Galivants Ferry area where he attended school. He has spent the past 20+ years living in Conway, along with time in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, giving him a well-rounded, firsthand understanding of the local market—something his clients truly benefit from.

Before entering real estate, Michael built a successful career as a business owner with over 21 years of experience in retail management. This provided a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and understanding clients’ needs. Since beginning his real estate career in 2004, he has witnessed the market’s many changes and continually adapts to best serve his clients. As a full-time REALTOR®, he is committed to ongoing education and professional growth, ensuring each client receives knowledgeable, dedicated, and results-driven service.

In July 2021, Michael earned his South Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License and holds several National Association of REALTORS® designations, including Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and C2EX. He is also a proud Leadership CCAR 2025 Alumni and an active member of the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS®.

When he’s not assisting clients, Michael enjoys exploring the local area, spending time outdoors, and discovering the unique charm that makes the Grand Strand such a special place to live. A pet lover, he shares his home with a 26-pound Miniature Australian Shepherd and a 60-pound rescue Carolina Dog—so life is never dull.
